When you request a quote or book a collection, we collect:
- Your name and (where applicable) your business name
- Email address and phone number
- Collection and delivery postcodes and addresses
- Consignment details you supply (weight, type, special requirements)
- Any other information you choose to send us in a message
Our website may also collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used only for security and to understand how the site is used.
3. Why we use it
- To prepare and send you a quote (contractual / pre-contractual basis)
- To carry out the collection and delivery you book (contractual basis)
- To contact you about your booking (contractual basis)
- To keep records required by law, including invoicing and accounting (legal obligation)

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share it where necessary to deliver the service you booked — for example with a delivery partner if onward shipping is required — or where we are legally required to (HMRC, law enforcement). Our hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf under written contracts.
5. How long we keep it
Quote enquiries are kept for up to 12 months. Booking and invoice records are kept for 7 years to meet HMRC requirements. After these periods data is securely deleted.

- Ask us to erase data (where we are not required to keep it)
- Object to or restrict our processing
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
